REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING
I value your trust and take every consultation seriously. Since my work involves time-intensive preparation and personalized analysis, I follow the policy below:
1. No Refunds After Consultation
Once a consultation has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of satisfaction with the outcome, accuracy, or interpretation.
2. Refunds Before Consultation
If I am unable to conduct the consultation for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
If you choose to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable transaction charges.
3. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend at the booked time, you may reschedule once to a new slot, subject to availability.
Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.
4. Exchange of Services
Payments made for one service (e.g., a 3-question reading) cannot be transferred or exchanged for another service (e.g., a 6-question reading).
A new booking must be made for a different service.
5. Technical Issues
In case of genuine technical issues (internet/power failure, call drop) on my side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If the issue occurs on the client’s side, rescheduling will be at my discretion.
