1. Nature of Service
All consultations use Vedic astrology as a tool for guidance, insight, and clarity.
This is for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Client Eligibility & Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself as required for the consultation.
Use of the website, booking forms, and payments must be honest. Any fraudulent or malicious activity is prohibited.
3. Appointment & Questions Submission
All consultations are strictly by prior appointment only.
Sessions will be conducted either online or in person in Pune (by appointment).
You must submit your questions in advance, so the time is used effectively.
4. Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required to confirm any booking.
Once a consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
If I (the astrologer) cancel the session, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to appointment, refund may be possible minus any transaction charges.
If you choose to reschedule (once), it must be done in a mutually agreed time. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Payments for one service cannot be exchanged or transferred to another service.
5. Accuracy, Disclaimers & Guarantees
Astrology is interpretative. While I strive for clarity, no results or outcomes are guaranteed.
Insights are offered “as is” and may differ depending on birth data, timing, and individual context.
No warranties (express or implied) about accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Liability & Indemnity
The astrologer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of consultation or outcomes.
By purchasing or using services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the astrologer from any third-party claims, legal fees, or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All content, text, images, and materials on this website are the property of this astrologer or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without explicit permission.
8. Changes to T&C & Website Content
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the revised terms.
Website content (text, images, pricing) may change without notice.
9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
